Payment and Delivery
ORDER PLACEMENT
Dear Chocolate-lover!
You can order products:
- via online store: convenient navigation will allow you place your order easily and quickly.
- by calling + 374 10 711155. Our assistants will help you with your choice and will answer all your questions.
After placing your order at shop.arcolad.am our assistants will get in touch with you to agree the date and place of delivery.
Orders by phone are accepted on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.
Only physical persons are eligilble to place order through this site. Legal entities and private enterpreneurs can make orders by calling +374 10 711144.
DELIVERY
All orders made from Monday to Thursday before 18:00 are delivered the next working day. Orders made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are delivered next Monday.
The delivery is carried out on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00
Delivery in Yerevan
There is no minimum order quantity. The delivery cost is 400 AMD. If the order amount exceeds AMD 7.000, the delivery is carried out free of charge.
Delivery in other regions of Armenia and abroad
At the moment we do not carry out delivery to other regions of Armenia or abroad, special cases of delivery to regions or abroad can be discussed. Please call +37410711155, or send a message to online@arcolad.am.
Delivery in Russia
for orders from Russia, please follow the instructions below:
- choose Russia as 'country of delivery'
- place the order
- wait for a price estimation, (price recalculation shipping costs to be included)
- after receiving the price estimation and agreeing to it, continue paying for the order
MEANS OF PAYMENT
- cash payment – you pay the courier for your order in cash.
- bank Card – you can pay for your order with bank cards of ARCA, Visa and MasterCard payment systems.
